In continuation of my Despatch No. 425 of the

17th. December, 1912, I have the honour to transmit the enclosed

summary of reports of Piracies and Robberies reported in the

Chinese Press as having taken place in the Province of Kwangtung

during the month of December, 1912. No reports have been made to

this Government.
